There are new changes in Columbus home search! Effective March 1, the online search platform for homes has changed from the old Tempo system to a new Flexmls platform.
Buyers and sellers can now access detailed consumer information. Buying and selling tips, home sale statistics, and the latest real estate news is available. Your preferred Realtor on the Columbus Team can create a customized Home search for you with numerous additional features than was possible before. You can also create your own customized home search at search.TheColumbusTeam.com.
As part of its commitment to familiarize buyers and sellers in Central Ohio with various communities, The Columbus Team has detailed Community Pages where readers can see available homes for sale, the history of the area, available schools, and area photos. Dublin and Worthington pages are two examples. Fresh updates will be added throughout the year to keep our buyers and sellers informed. Community pages can be accessed either from the Home page, or by the Buyer dropdown menu on the Navigation Bar at the top of any available page.
