One of our many outstanding Metro Parks, Innis Woods is unique in that it is man-made and designed gardens and not simply a natural park. Theme gardens include a memorial garden, rose garden, herb garden, and woodland rock garden, as well as the children’s Sisters’ Garden. Plant displays include specialty collections of hosta, daylilies, and daffodils, Innis Woods is a true botanic treasure.

Especially important to our friends and neighbors with small children and disabilities, much of the trail is paved, providing safe and easy access for explorers of all ages and abilities, as it is ADA accessible.
