Pat is a long time family friend and we have used him for several transactions. Selling your parents home is an emotional task to say the least, but we Know Pat, we Like him, obviously, and most of all trust him!!!
He was just the best as usual during the process. Very empathetic and sensitive to the nature of the sale.
