60 Days of Summer Columbus OH Fun Activities To Do
Graced with a small but beautiful waterfall that generations of Gahanna residents have grown up playing in, Creekside is a wonderful park in which to cool off the summer heat with water play, a paddle boat ride, fishing (with a valid Ohio fishing license), or wading in Big Walnut Creek.

Swans and ducks are popular attractions along the creek’s edge, and beautiful to watch from the picnic tables while you eat.

This Gahanna City Park offers a lovely waterfall, walking, biking, fishing, herb gardens, accessible walking trails, and heated/cooled restrooms. Close to nearby Olde Gahanna shopping and dining, it’s great as a combined trip, or a stand-alone park.

Gahanna is committed to expanding the bikeway and greenway space, connecting neighborhoods and multi-use parks. Creekside has trails and a bikeway running through it that are perfect for biking, walking, running, and inline skating. They are also accessible for our neighbors with disabilities and small children.

With nature programming from May through October, and Winter Programs from November through December, this is a true four season city park.
