Eat local, it’s good for you!

We’ve been hearing more and more about how eating local is good for your health, good for the environment, and good for energy conservation. Take a day to visit your local neighborhood farmers’ market, and enjoy the locally grown fruits, veggies, herbs, and flowers produced close to home.
