Edie James, Closing Services Partner
Once your home goes under contract, Edie handles all of the details through to closing.
In every transaction there is a mountain of paper work and an average of 50 phone calls, to lenders, attorneys, cooperating agents, inspectors, appraisers, repairmen and you.
Because we never want our clients to wait for information, Edie is generally in the office from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday for your convenience.
As coordinator, Edie’s’ primary job is getting transactions to closing. She will contact you periodically to schedule appointments, keep you updated on the progress and mail you information confirming closing.
Edie updates the Team Agent of your transaction on the progress daily so that they can handle any problems immediately.
