The craziness seems to be easing off in Europe over the Greece economic crisis. Rates went up just slightly this morning, only FHA was enough to actually trip the rate upward. Now is not a bad time to be traveling in Europe with the dollar so strong. Been a long time since that happened.
MORTGAGE TIP OF THE DAY:
Anyone other than me ever notice that the first half tax bill that represents a 6 month period only has 5 months between tax bills and the second half tax bill that represents a 6 month period has 7 months between tax bills (for Franklin County)?
