Must-see events in Worthington on May 5th at the MAC!

The Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center at 77 Evening Street, Worthington will be a busy place on Wednesday, May 5th. From 6:00pm-8:00pm there will be three events you won’t want to miss!

For photography buffs: An artist reception for the photographers of “Eyes of a Naturalist” will be held in the main gallery. This exhibit will be running at The McConnell Arts Center main gallery April 29-June 20, 2010. Inspiring nature photography as created by two Worthington nature professionals.
 
Love cars and art? Can you really create a car that is art? Ramona Moon’s art car will be at the MAC for you to judge for yourself.
 
And for those who are crafty, or just thrifty: The Bag Lady, Marcia Trakas, teaches her FREE CLASS titled ”It’s In the Bag”. She can show you how to turn plastic grocery bags into beautiful, functional purses. Bring your own J or #10 crochet hook and a few bags to begin your own purse.
