Housing Market Sales and Listing Stats for January 2010

The Columbus Board of REALTORS® released news confirming that the Columbus real estate market is continuing to improve. The key points for central Ohio are:

• January sales, new listings and average sales price increased
• Sales up for five straight months; average sales price up for three straight months
• Days on market is down 7.2%
