Things are not in our favor this morning and we don’t have a good reason why. Nothing in the market justifies the increase. Fear of inflation?
Something new!!! Starting the first of the year I will be adding a new segment to my daily email. It will be called, “On this date in History”. We will be noting interesting and weird things that have happened on that date for the year. I think you will find it fun and worth reading.
Unfortunately, “Fact or Crap” will be going away in the middle of January.

Mortgage Tip of the Day:
Credit scores are affected by the percent of credit used on a credit card. The lower the percent used, the better the credit score. As unscrupulous lenders lower credit card available balance, borrowers credit scores go down.
