New Buzz Word for 2009

Anyone noticed the new buzz word for this year?  I just drove to the office and was listening to NPR on the radio and I heard the word 9 diffrent times, in less than a 15 minute span!

Transparency or transparent is the new buzz word, popularized by our new President Obama.  Take a poll  at AOL  or post your comments to a blog at Helium  about the increase use of these words.

In my real estate business I have always thought the transactions were transparent but with all the social networking whirling around the web,  the lives of those actully conducting the business of real estate is more transparent today than ever before.
